We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will manage our on-premises, cloud-based systems, web applications, and Azure services, call center supporting our travel business operations. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless technology services for our team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Server & Cloud Management: Administer and maintain cloud-based servers, including Microsoft Azure environments.
• Web Applications Support: Ensure uptime, security, and functionality of web applications used by the company.
• System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches/updates.
• Network & Security Management: Implement security policies, manage firewalls, VPNs, and protect against cyber threats.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Maintain backup solutions and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
• User Support & Training: Provide IT support to employees, resolve technical issues, and assist in software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Vendor & Software Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and support services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud servers, and web applications.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows/Linux servers.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of nginx
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, or similar.

• Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
• Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services

Requirements:
