Before collecting your boarding pass, we invite you to prove your eligibility by presenting one of the proofs listed here, depending on your situation:

For Seafarers:

A valid seaman’s book showing activity within the past 12 months, OR

An official letter from your shipping company, including your role on board, the vessel’s name, travel dates, and ports of embarkation and disembarkation.

For Cruise Line Staff:

A professional card or employment contract.

For Technicians or Maintenance Staff:

An official letter from your company specifying your role on board, the vessel’s name, and travel dates.
