Expect disruption and reconfirm flights until at least 14 March during an ongoing strike by unionised cabin crew employed by the flag carrier Lufthansa.

The UFO labour union on 12 March called on workers to observe the industrial action to demand higher wages. The strike will continue to affect departures from Munich Airport (MUC, Bavaria state) until 23.00 on 13 March.

Furthermore, the union has called on workers to observe a strike on 14 March at the capital’s Berlin (BER), Cologne Bonn (CGN, North Rhine-Westphalia state), Hamburg (HAM, Hamburg state), Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (FKB) and Stuttgart (STR, both Baden-Wurttemberg state) airports.
